It has good senses of smell and hearing. Unfortunately it doesn't have great eyesight. It has black and white vision. Tasmanian devils communicate by vocalizations. They also produce a strong odour when under stress. When the Tasmanian devil is angry, its ears turn red. The Tasmanian devil is a carnivorous animal. It eats dead animals, snakes, birds, rodents, lizards, and small wallabies.
